Shipping Information

Timing and Turnaround for Orders

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, and require some time to create, package, and prepare for shipping. (Shipping time is in addition to the below estimates).

 

  • Our standard turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks. This can vary based on the season and how busy we are; you can always inquire if you need an item sooner. We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
  • Need something sooner? We have created a Ready To Ship section, which provides accurate, up-to-date information about ready-made items that can ship more quickly (within 1 week). This section is not updated frequently except during the Holiday season.
  • For Custom Orders (except Initial pieces), you will receive an emailed proof which must be approved before carving can begin. Proof turnaround varies based on the item ordered - for most items the proof will arrive within 1 week. Commissioned Designs and Family Crests may take 2-3 weeks, depending on their complexity. Once your order is approved, our standard turnaround will usually apply.

Shipping

Once items are complete and packed, shipping is usually 1-3 days to most Eastern US locations, 3-6 days to Western Central, and 4-5 days to West Coast. During the Holiday season, USPS advises allowing at least 2-3 weeks for delivery. Most services are recommending you ship by Dec. 18th at latest for Priority and First Class packages to arrive before Christmas. This should be enough time for orders shipping to the East Coast; West Coast and Mid-West orders may need additional time. Shipment Alert - USPS Delays in 2020-2021
USPS processing has been experiencing severe delays since the end of November 2020. We have been shipping parcels temporarily via UPS instead.

Within the 48 continental United States, orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided to you when an item ships if you have provided an email address.

Please ensure that you have a safe delivery location to receive your package, we do not ship with signature required unless you specifically request it.

Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address and telephone number. Upon delivery, open and inspect your items to make sure they have arrived safely. Our products are insured during shipping, but if you delay reporting any damage incurred during shipping the items may not be covered. Email us immediately if you experience any problems.

International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express. We require the credit card and phone number on all international orders. International shipping rates will apply, please contact us for a quote on any packages shipping outside of the US.
