Shipping & Timing of Your Order
Within the 48 continental United States, orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx ground, or United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be provided to you when an item ships if you have provided an email address.
Please ensure that you have a safe delivery location to receive your package, we do not ship with signature required unless you specifically request this.
Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address and telephone number. Upon delivery, please open and inspect your items to make sure they have arrived safely. Our products are insured during shipping, but if you delay reporting any damage incurred during shipping, the items may not be covered. Email us immediately if you experience any problems.
International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express. We require the credit card and phone number on all international orders.
International shipping rates will apply, please contact us for a quote on shipping international packages.
If you have a gift occasion or date, please let us know, we can usually accommodate your time-frames; standard turn-around on most of our stock products (such as Healy Signature Designs) will ship within 2 weeks. Our items are hand-crafted, and are often made-to-order, so please check with us if you need a product within 2 weeks.
For custom work, please allow 4-6 weeks, and 4-8 weeks for Family Crest Items. During the months of August – December, time-frames can be longer, and may take up to 4-8 weeks.
Once items are complete, shipping to most Eastern United States locations is 1-day from Pennsylvania, 2 days to the Eastern Central region, 3-6 days to Western Central, and 4-5 days to West Coast.
